Here's the "executive coach" that is involved as the main facilitator of this "diversity scheme" : https://sarahpickthall.com/coaching/
she's been involved with scams! and has also been scammed herself.
her "coaching training" comes from this company that she promotes on her website : https://www.aoec.com/programmes/systemic-team-coaching-diploma/
this website has this on modern slavery, but they seem not to understand it or the laws in the UK since they are a UK company : https://www.aoec.com/ending-slavery/
this is the Companies house listing for this fake coaching company : https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/04534640
she also took training from another "coaching company" called : http://www.cfor.info/
this is a "leadership" training company, but lacks any details, seems more of a community charity
she also runs this : http://cuspinc.org/?location_id=11 . a "arts org" that isn't one.
and she also runs this : https://syncleadership.com/about/ , a "disability leadership scheme" that focuses upon Australia (not the UK, it's a UK company though).
and there's this : https://www.stopgapdance.com/biographies/sarah-pickthall/
https://theewgroup.com/about/people/sarah-pickthall/
this company discriminates against disabled people, especially if you are seen different such as autistic. This is their training where they get a lots of wordings wrong, and no mention of any laws/legislations that business have to follow (yes there's a patten) : https://theewgroup.com/diversity-inclusion-training/neuro-inclusion-training/
and the clore leadership scam link : https://www.cloreleadership.org/about-us/associates/2627
She isn't disabled, she doesn't know anything about UK laws/legislations in place, she isn't a activist.

So what does the law say on "coaching/business scams" ?
Here's what the FTC say in the USA : https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/when-business-offer-or-coaching-program-scam
here's what Action Fraud in the UK say :
it's a type of many business scams : https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/a-z-of-fraud-category/business
the UK gov have this : https://www.gov.uk/guidance/protect-your-charity-from-fraud
