 Heidi AI NHS AI Scam. An Ai thats unregulated and operating as a data scam in the UK. What is a ai enabled ambient scribing products First of all here's the NHS England long-read guidance :  https://www.england.nhs.uk/long-read/guidance-on-the-use-of-ai-enabled-ambient-scribing-products-in-health-and-care-settings/#3-key-considerations section 3.2 says: an ambient scribing product (the uses Ai for example) that is deemed to be a medical device needs to be registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and regulated proportional to its risk classification. A UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) certificate is needed for clinical use of medical devices in the NHS.
