Exclusive Investigation : In 2023, NHS England introduced "wellbeing health coaches" in to GP surgery and into hospitals. They work with people with physical and/or mental health conditions, people with long-term conditions and those at risk of developing them. Please note, it clearly notes that these roles "are non-medical" , and this small note will be of importance later on to do with access to medical records and data protection.
